Ordering
If you're having problems ordering then please contact us. We have tried to keep the ordering process as simple as possible, but this doesn't mean a problem won't spring up from time to time. Please let us know what the problem is, which shirt you are having the problem with, and we will see what we can do to help.
Overseas Orders
These have now been enabled worldwide, now that we have been up and running and have a better idea of postage to other countries. The checkout will now process overseas orders without a need to contact us about them.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order you should do so immediately as your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of its receipt. If you wish to return your order you should contact us, stating your invoice number and we will send you a return code which you should write clearly on the return packaging. Your account will be credited when we receive the returned goods.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders will usually be shipped within 24 hours of their receipt. Our standard delivery through Royal Mail is charged at £2.50 in the UK and Europe, and £4.00 to the rest of the world for one t-shirt, and £6.00 for two, though orders over £35 will be shipped free and should arrive within 2-5 days UK & Europe, and 4-7 days for the rest of the world. If you have not received your order after 7 days then you should get in touch with us, quoting the order number.
Exchanges
If you want to enchange an item you should contact us stating your invoice number and the reason for the exchange and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Refunds
Please note, refunds can only be made within 30 days of your card being debited.
Damages
If your order has been delivered in damaged condition you should get in touch immediately, stating your invoice number and which items from your order have been damaged.
Washing advice
Shirts can be machine washed as long as care is taken. Washing the shirt inside-out will protect the design from too much wear and tear while in the machine. Hang somewhere to allow it to dry naturally, still inside-out - tumble drying will put creases in the transfer, as well as risking damage.
Hand washing will give the best results and least risk of damage to the image on the shirt.
Do not iron!
We cannot be held responsible for damage during washing, so please take care.
